“Set it and forget it.”

It’s a mantra made famous by Ron Popeil, infomercial king and inventor of the Showtime Rotisserie. It’s a great approach for preparing dinner: do all of the work upfront then relax while your dinner cooks itself.

You would think it goes without saying, but this philosophy is not 100% transferable.

Dagger has doubled in size in the last six months by both objective measures: monthly revenue and number of full-time employees. We have been very intentional about our growth strategy and we will continue to be. I speak openly about the benefits of growth to prospects, clients, and most importantly, our team.
