RULES OF ENGAGEMENT

In a world of ad blockers and paid streaming services, it’s no secret that more often than not, people are searching (and paying!) for ways to skip ads. As a marketer myself, I take no offense to this – even marketers hate ads – I take it as a challenge.

DON’T SET IT AND FORGET IT
“Set it and forget it.” It’s a mantra made famous by Ron Popeil, infomercial king and inventor of the Showtime Rotisserie. It’s a great approach for preparing dinner: do all of the work upfront then relax while your dinner cooks itself. You would think it goes without saying, but this philosophy is not 100% transferable.
