In a world of ad blockers and paid streaming services, it’s no secret that more often than not, people are searching (and paying!) for ways to skip ads. DON’T SET IT AND FORGET IT

“Set it and forget it.”

It’s a mantra made famous by Ron Popeil, infomercial king and inventor of the Showtime Rotisserie. It’s a great approach for preparing dinner: do all of the work upfront then relax while your dinner cooks itself.

You would think it goes without saying, but this philosophy is not 100% transferable.
